Our Aline Tunic takes its inspiration from vintage Biaude’s (19th century French cheese maker smocks) the beauty is in the details. Trapunto stitching at the band collar, heavy shirring at front and back panels create beautiful volume, and a serious drop shoulder with exterior shirring . Half placket pullover, with a drawcord at the bottom hem. The tunic is cut in handwoven kala cotton, a wild growing, naturally organic cotton native to Gujarat, India, where the fabric is made. Mother of pearl buttons. Cold water wash in the machine and hang dry.
