When we ran the stitch shibori fabric we had developed for the Spring 20 collection the 8” borders of that fabric were the most exposed to the dye, and became a very deep indigo. We cut those 8” borders off and saved them. For this season we seamed those 8” panels together to create an entirely new fabric. Its beauty is in all of its irregularities. We were able to make 9 shirts from all of the leftover borders. As there are significant differences between each shirt we recommend that you contact us through the site and we can share images of the different versions of the size you’d like so that you can choose which one suits you best. All the details of our Classic Matty shirt are the same. French seams, single tailor construction and mother of pearl buttons. Wash cold and hang dry.
